The bass seemed to be tight lipped this morning. I was hoping for some more clouds but it was pretty much blue skies, hot and humid. It dawned on me quickly that it would be more fishing than catching today. We did manage quite a few yellow bass, a bass, crappie, bream and a nice drum caught mostly on crankbaits in 20 ft. of water on average. No numbers of fish besides the yellow bass but it did make for an interesting morning. I&#39;m thinking about trying it again this evening for a change if the weather cooperates.<br /><br />Jeff
