Was able to get out several times this week. Had better luck than I normally do so I thought I'd post.
Went to Porcupine this last Tuesday and was able to convince some of the kokes to play. Not much size to them but they sure taste great! All fish were caught 25 to 35 feet deep on a hot pink dodger and pink glow tube.
Also had a family vacation at Bear lake later last week. I got out early several mornings and was finally able to overcome the skunk curse I had over me at bear lake. I fished the east side from first point to rainbow cove and while the action was not fast It was still plenty of fun.
I caught several 8 to 10 inch cuts One good sized cut and a few acceptable sized lake trout. I also caught a really nice sized whitefish that in hindsight I wish I had measured and weighed more acurately. All fish were caught on a smaller green flatfish right on the bottom in 45 to 65 feet deep.
