There are 3 options I can think of off the top of my head.
#1 - Piute Reservoir - I have never fished there, but I am sure there is at least on BFT'er that has. According to online sources there are both Smallmouth Bass and Rainbows in there.
#2 Sevier River - The river runs north out of Piute Reservoir. I have fished stretches of this river south of Panguitch in years past, but have never tried anything in the Marysvale area. I am not sure if there is access along the valley, or if you can access it north of Marysvale, as the river heads north through the canyon.
#3 Clear Creek - Below the Fremont Indian State Park, along I-70. I fished that stretch years ago with my dad, and we each caught a few nice browns, if memory serves correctly. You can also fish it west of the State Park, where Clear Creek Rd seperates from I-70. The stream is smaller, but I remember it being full of lots of little fish.
Hope this information is helpful.

You could go up in the mountains west of there and fish several of the Beaver Mountain Lakes. Puffer, Upper and Lower Kents, Anderson Meadow, etc.

ff03,
I can't get too excited about Piute this year. It went nearly empty last year and most of the larger trout were lost. I tried the smallmouth a few weeks ago and didn't get a bite. (They are still in there, but I'm no bass expert.) There are some stocker trout from this year, but they are still small.
Clear Creek is a good bet as utahpunk said. Further up there are also small rainbows and browns in Fish and Shingle Creeks which are tributaries to Clear Creek. Not much size, but lots o fun.
On Monroe Mountain, Manning Meadow Res and Manning Creek have Bonneville Cutts. (Reservior has special regs, artificials only, limit of1 trout over 22" ) Also in this area is Upper and Lower Box Creek reserviors. (Planter rainbows)
Panguitch Res is only an hour away. I have not fished there this year, but some of the reports have said it is fishing well.
Good Luck,
Jim
