I'm headed for Island Park next Tuesday w/ my aunt and brother in law and plan to float box canyon from IP dam through Harriman. I was hoping for some current advise on what is working and if anyone has a go-to fly or something. I've been told rubber legs, zebra nymphs, PMD's and rusty spinners so far. Also has anyone seen any hoppers or beetles producing up there yet? Any help would be greatly appreciated. PM's would be fine as well. Thanks in advance.

3 days ago a friend of mine caught an 11 lb rainbow on a black rubberleg. the fishing was solid.
nymph through the canyon with rubber legs then run a tandem fly. beadhead prince beadhead pheasant tail or copper johns if those fail throw on a san jaun worm i have pounded big fish in the canyon this time of year with san jauns and all of the above. when you open up into the park and come out of the canyon try small hopper patterns beetle and ant patterns also fish them tight against the bank a few inches off. this is critical any further off the bank could mean no fish they are gonna be stacked on that bank looking for terestrials
