[cool] My wife and I got to the lake about 8am and launched from Boulder Harbor. We took our seadoos towards vegas wash to try and get some stripers with the packrods we brought with us. Saw nothing happening in vegas wash so motored out across from sand island to try for LMB. No love there but saw a boil happening out in the main channel. We zoomed out there and started tossing white curlytailed grubs at them. I finally got one after 20 minutes of trying to follow them. He was almost 2lbs and it was my first fish off the ski. With the fish safe in a wet bag we continued to chase the boils down. My wife hooked a couple but lost her lure. I got another, same size, and then my wife hooks up. This was her first "ski fish" also. At one time we had four to five boils around us. I got another one that was a dink and tossed him back. And we both hooked and lost a few more each before the wind came up and shut down the action. There were about three size groups in the boils, dinks,2lbers, and some to 3lbs. We then packed up the rods and fish and raced back to the dock. Sorry for no on the water pics but the action was too much fun.

Ski fishing is really cool. I have always thought skis would be good for chasing the stripers down. They seem to move pretty fast.

[cool]Yeah they scoot pretty good. Only bad thing is you lose all steering when the motor is turned off. Just adapt and use your balance.
