I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that got me hooked up with Dockside Charters out of Depoe Bay. These are a great group of people and a blast to fish with. Captain Lars Robison on the Sampson is first class.
He actually has fun and enjoys visiting with everyone on the boat. He strives to put you on the fish.

The Salmon were running a little late and I had a full agenda so I opted for the bottom fish trip. I brought home
a limit of tasty fish that I like better than Salmon anyway.
So, if you are going to "shoot the hole" out of depoe bay
I highly reccomend these guys and I will definately use them again, probably before winter.[cool]

I think they do a great job too. I've been watching their report and they're catching coho now pretty well, lots of wild ones and some hatchery fish to take home. Makes me want to head over real bad. I've never caught a coho before.
