I have registered my ATVs here in Wyo. They are considered street legal with a lic. plate.
Called the forest service and found out I can use them on any road open to vehical traffic including paved roads on forest sevice ground.
So it looks like the I don't have to pay any attention to the road open or closed to ATV signs Which has been a real pain in my back side for all the years I've lived and hunted in Utah.
This allmost off sets the 1X scope rule [:p]
