<br /> Polo called today and he picked me up around 6:15 at the Wolftever ramp. We headed out to fishing a deep water ditch that was 30 feet in the middle and 20 on the sides he found and the fish were stacked on the thing. Polo was using a jigging spoon and I was using the drop shot with the powerminnows. We caught fish the whole time we were there. Polo got most of the yellow stripe and I got most of the largemouths. The wind was brutal and was blowing at least 15 mph. We hit another hump/ledge and got a few more fish before the sun got low and the deep bite died. We hit a couple of grass spots and got another nice LM and lost a short.<br /> Totals for today were 28 yellow stripe, 8 largemouths (5 keepers, best 3 around 8 lbs, best 5 around 11.5-12 lbs), 2 drum and a blue cat. 39 fish put in the boat in 2.5 hours. Not bad. Frieda had a ball running from one end of the boat to the other to check out the fish.
