This evening it was time for some fun fishing and to check and see if the tarpon have moved into Haulover Inlet. The wind was SE before sunset and NE to E after sunset. Live shrimp gave us a variety of fish that included blue runners to be used for barracuda bait, several ladyfish in the 2 - 3 # class, several small jack crevalle, a spanish mackeral for dinner, and a small shark. We didn't find any tarpon at the inlet. It is still a bit early for the tarpon to move into the inlet, however, it was a very enjoyable evening on calm seas and the other fish we caught kept us busy and pulled on our lines.

Captain Dave Kostyo
Knot Nancy Fishing Charters
www.rnfl.com/knotnancy
