I am taking the family to Flaming Gorge and putting in at Manila and will be camping on the lake. Is the cut through still open or do I have to go through Horseshoe? If I do have to go through Horseshoe is it still wakeless?

Next, any lures in particular to take? I will be jigging and casting, no trolling.
