Hi Pete, I think they should be posting the results on the Starvation Classic website. How has elk hunting been for you?

Pretty slow hunt for us this year, our youngest son took a cow the first weekend and I missed a cow the 3rd weekend and that was about it. Our main water hole was dry this year and that didn't help much. The wife never had a shot and she has done well the past 5 years by taking two bucks and three elk in that spot. We also had alot of bear sightings and several lion as well this year. I noticed alot of the cows didn't have calves so I'm thinking the predators have been raising cain in the area. I know they have spotted wolves in this area several times this past year. Our next hunt will be our WY. deer hunt the end of Oct. combined with some pheasant and waterfowl hunting. Haven't had the boat on the water since July 24th at Starvation, I need to get out a few more times before winter.

Better hurry if you want to fish Starvation. They will have the ramp closed from Sep 20 to Oct 20. Looks like they are enlarging the parking lot area as well as totally re-building the lower campground. Good luck on the rest of your hunts.

Probably won't make it back to Starvation until the hard water hits. Most likely see if I can find some wipers that want to play. I've never been able to figure Willard out for the walleye in the fall.
