For those of you who are planning a boating trip to Starvation and plan to go to the main State Park ramp, the ramp is closed for remodeling.... I drove from Vernal yesterday to a BIG disappointment. The Park Ranger said the ramp will be closed until 10/20. It might be possible to launch at the two old Hwy 40 spots, but I did not want to try it alone.
