Got to carters abut 3:30 this after noon and soon as we put in i idled over to the nearest bluff point and started throwin drop shot. Only got two bites and they both took it all but the hook!! emoBang After that we got out of there and just rode for bout 20 min lookin for an ideal place. It was 4:45 when we started fishin again and were we were at looked awesome. No sooner than i dropped the trolling motor i pulled up about a 2lber then off the same laydown pulled up another about 2.5 lb 16.5 in. Both on drop shot. Then fished the same bank for a lil bit longer with the drop shot and decided to switch to shakeyhead. GREAT DECISION!! We caught about 10 bass on this one bluff bank and all were over 1.5 lb. Biggest being a football spot bout 3 lbs but only 16in lol. Then at dark started throwin a spook and picked up 4 more that were bustin on a big school of bait.<br /><br />Didnt catch any monsters but just had a blast!! besides the trolling motor batt. dieing emoDoh .<br /> <br />Sorry for no pics my phone died before we caught any fish fish and i forgot my charger.
