Cracking the dawn at first light we were off to find the elusive crappie fish.
Skeeter had told me this was his situation and I wanted to help him get some dinner so his wife wouldn't get on him emoLaugh

A fun guy to fish with, I enjoyed taking him to his first stop, the "C" dock.
We caught a few and he was getting the hang of it when the fish locked down emoAngler

So we moved to a super secret open water spot and found them deep.
We caught a few more until we wore out our welcome and took our little dog and pony show to the new dock.
Skeeter makes a good fishing partner as he is open to new ideas.
So we tried a few new places with only a little luck, but we were catching fish so that was good.

We knocked off as we started to chase trashy green fish with very little success at around 2:30 or so.
We took pics and bragged on the nice slabs and the soon to be happy wife and said good bye emoThumbsup emoToast

Thanks for a fun day, Skeeter.
If you want, we can try again sometime!

30 crappie with 13 11+ keepers and a LM a spot and a SM with a bluegill and a yeller to round out the bag!
Count was mostly 12 and purple mist with and without the tail light and my partner loved the pearlescence split tail on mostly 32 and 24 heads
emoCool
