Saw a pro Prop 21 ad on this website. Prop 21 money will be used to fund the MPLA. Don't know why any Fishing site would want MPLA funded. Sure alittle of the money will go to parks but a big chunk will go towards the MPLA. I would like to help the parks but I don't want any $ going to MPLA. That is the conservation part of their ads.
