[Smile][Smile][Smile] Hit the berry last friday. I live in Sanpete so took the road over sheep creek to the berry. BAD MOVE. It was snow packed and very pitted from all the deer hunters. Took over 2/12 hours instead of of the 1hr 50 min. it usually takes. The day made it up for it. The two of us caught 68, with 11 over the slot. A lot of 4# fish and six from 4 1/2 to SEVEN #s. The big of the day was 27 1/4 oz. cut that took over five min to get in. It was a toad. lost a lot of others. All came on white tubes tipped with minnow in about 15 to 20 foot of water, jjiging slow on the retrieve. If they hit at all, the slow retrieve would keep them hitting until they got it, one way or the other. The second pole(permit) was hung under the boat with a tube and tiped with minnow. Catch one and it almost always brought a friend to hit the second pole. WAS a GREAT DAY at the berry. OH I went home through provo.

That is one great fishing report; especially, the number over the slot.

sorry I don't do pict. on the computer, guess we will have to learn that skill also. We did measure and weigh all the bigger boys, and it was fun to hall in such nice fish. (Metal fish rule and digital scale) We fished the swallows in the meadows at 15 feet or less, white 2/12 inch tubs and chub or minnow. All fish were let go and all but one made to the next hook up.
