So afterthinking about it for a long while,Ihave decided to put out for a new boat, im tired of not havin enough room and bein cramped up. I have narrowed it down to either a nitro Z-8 or a tracker deepV targa model, only problem im having with it is I cant store it at the house here cause of HOA an such. I would want to store it in a fully closed space, but i here you cant store boats in fully closed up in nevada? but ill be dammed if ima spend money on a boat so the weather can beat it up ya know? I live in centennial hills, all cookie cutter houses with not enough garage space so thats out. If anybody knows the best possible storage options lemme know

Buy a boat cover. Otherwise the place next to Lakers Plaza has indoor parking I think. Also on Lake Mead pkwy there is Sunset Storage they have covered slots.

Storage places near my house charge about $100 to $150 for covered spaces. That was too steep for me so I opted for laker plaza for my 21'. $30 per month if you pay 4 months at a time ($120) but it's not covered. I have an old boat, so I don't mind.
Laker plaza might not be too convenient because of where you live and the route you drive to the lake. I'm looking to move soon and having at home storage is kind of a priority. Having the boat at home would be worth another $100 per month to me.
Call some storage places near your house and see what they quote you.

I baby my boat... store it at Red Mountain storage in boulder city. We always head out that way and launch at hemingway anyways. its $165/mo, but we get 32' x 10' garage w/ a 10' tall door. Fits the boat, skis, boards, tubes, and fishing gear w/ room to spare. I love the 24hour gated access, and the people are extremely friendly.Went out there one time and forgot my key for the garage door, they came out and opened it for me in the middle of the night.
Highly recommend

you buddies with any of the military down there? you could have them store it on base, gated, etc for a fraction of the price. only down side is you would need to go with your buddy to go get it, unless you have a MIL ID you couldent just roll onto Nellis and grab your boat by yourself... just a thought.
