Weather is terrible here the past few days and only going to get worse....I HATE WIND!!!!!

Anyway, sat down at the vise and tied up some flies for the swaps I am in.

Started off with RAINY'S Hex fly. This is a warm water and CARP swap and this fly KILLS:







Next I tied something new for me, but I think it is going to be killer also.
I call it "The PHOENIX":



Plus some of the Gartside Softhackle in Black and Purple. It was the fly this year:

Awesome looking flies sis... can you give details on at least the first two.. Id be interested in maybe trying my hand when I make time to sit my butt down at the vise.. LOL...
