I talked to [size 2]Dan Richards at Hunington State Park yesterday and was told there is 2 inches so be careful. But as you state the close areas like the Dam should be fishable

I am planning on taking my daughter up there on Saturday in the dam arm and hoping it will be safe. If one of you who fish it on Friday would shoot me a PM or post a report on conditions I would appreciate it!

Had a good day on scofield...not great but good caught a bunch of little dink bows/cutts and 1 tiger. 15 below 0 when we arrived (not to mention the wind chill) needless to say without our shantys we wouldn't have lasted an hour. Ice was pretty sketchy in spots, on average 3" so be careful where you walk. Good luck!
