Really! Now! Just wanted to share a pic or two. I have been keepin' it cool at a for real Pool. Do you know how to tell when it's time to get off the thin ice? When the water gets deeper than the ice is thick. I caught about 2 dozen but a dozen went swimming back down the hole. Oh, and them other nasty fish, What do they call them? Slimers?! I caught about 15 of those. They defineatly went back in the hole. Now Perchinski don't ask me where I was cause then I'd have to kill ya. Besides that they were just dinks 9 and 10 inches. I can hear them cooking in Pikeman's famous Panko Recipe. P.S. I caught them on gizzy bugs and cutter bugs Shhhhh... don't tell anybody.

Hey Glen, Good to see yer back. And back to business as usual, I see as well. You're making me jealous with the perch pics. Pretty slim pickin's for perch down this end of the state these days. Good job.

I recognize the rig. The locale??? Hmmm....possibly Mantua, a haven for winter slimers? Then again, maybe Rainbow Bay at DC? Either way, good for you. But I would not be turning up my nose at those 9-10" dinks if I were you. Towards the end of the winter we'd crawl on our hands & knees just to be able to yank those same dinks.
I'm just glad you didn't out-do me by photo-shopping a shot of you in a speedo on some frozen swimming pool.
Nice to hear from you again, Pikeman. Your post, pics & perch mark the official opening of Utah's ice fishing season.

Welcome back. I figured you were in hibernation all summer, good to see you are out for the hunt now[
] By the way, I tried my luck at your record down at Yuba...that lake is something else. All we caught were carp after carp.
