Not to be annoying, but does anyone know if Mill Meadow is frozen? I waited til late last year to fish there and am unsure when it usually freezes. If anybody knows, that would be great.

I wondering the same thing. I was planning to go there tomorrow, but I would hate to drive there and not have safe ice.
