2010 is almost gone so i thought i would kill some time until its xmas over here. 2010 was a crazy year fishing wise for me! i met some new great friends! i met my future wife, who is the most beautiful woman in the world, and the best part is, she fishes with me (and, even i can admit this, on occasion she out fishes me, curse you strawberry res!!) and travels to all of the "off the beaten" path places i like to go to.
i sold my boat at the beginning of the summer after a trip down to the boulder mts. with orvis1. i dont know why but that one, 2 day trip had me fully hooked on the tube. after asking around i knew scaddens were calling my name so thats what i invested in for the both of us.
flygoddess and mojorizing taught me more about lines and tippet in 2 fishing trips then i learned in 18 years of fly fishing!! you cant buy that kind of experience!
i got a new fishing buddy right at the beginning of the year and he always likes to go on trips with us, hes just to big for the tubes, even our big scadden, but he defenitly gets his swimming and running time in every time we camp!
i had to, unfortunatly leave home right before my bday and spend the holidays away from the loved ones, but, i should be home in time for ice off!!!
ill keep this short and sweet and am going to place it a few places but thought i would share and maybe hear yalls 2010. have a happy new year everyone!
