It is CRAZY COLD on the water but the cats are biting and you would not believe on what... HOT DOGS!!! I use a 4/0 circle hook about 6pm in 8-10 foot 40 degree water just off the bottom and wait 20-45 minutes and have gotten hit with six keepers (ave 4 pounds each) three days in a row - thats my friend Rick on the right - holding a 13 pounder.
