Does anyone have any recommendations on what kind of lures, bait and rigging to use to catch rainbow trout in Floyd Lamb state park?

I always do well with yellow or pink trout worms with a small split shot about 18" up the line. Let it sink to the bottom and do a slow retrieve. My best luck has always been on the pumphouse side of the pond.

When I do fish for hatchery pets if im not flyfishing my go to lure are bluefox spinners try out dif sizes and colors they all work at dif times of the day I prefer all chrome pattern.

Try different retreives and depths. Mepps, Panther martains, Joes flys are good to have in case nothing else is producing. Also hard to beat soaking a crawler or power putty just put it on a sm hook add some weight or bobber chuck it and chance it might even catch a leftover cat.

My fav spot at floyd scam park is right where the water overflows into the other ponds although it dosent flow all the time jus look for the concrete dam structure good luck
