I never imaged myself asking a question like this....

What is the best way to catch small catfish? I'm going going for like 4-8 inches here.. Seriously this is not a joke, I want to set them up in a fish tank, but all the ones i get are like much bigger.

I have never really targeted small ones, but I generally catch small catfish using worms as bait instead of cut bait,
