Fished Strawberry Marina today only managed to catch 2 cutthroat's between 5 people. One of them was 23" and 4.5 lbs. The fishing was very slow. The ice was around 8" thick where we fished at. Here are a few pics of the fish my brother caught.

Don't feel too bad, I have fished on the berry before and couldn't even catch a cold. 4 1/2 pound Cut makes the trip worth it though.

Fished the Ladders today for the first ice trip this year and it was slow for us also. One 20" on the deck and then back in the lake promptly after quick measurement, kids love seeing'em. The second, hooked by a 7yr old first time ice fisher, came unbuttoned below the hole but still made for some real excitement.
Measured the ice where we fished at 11 inches. Started the morning in 38' and never saw anything on the fish finder. At lunch moved to 28'. Saw fish moving through off and on until about 2:45 when it shut down. Fish were from 23' to the bottom when on the finder. Jigged a lot of different colors (orange, chartreuse, pink, glow pearl, purple, white, black, dark green) off the bottom tipped with meal worm, night crawler, or chub meat.
Two hook-ups were with 1.5" pearl tube tipped with chub and dark green grub tipped with chub.
