Sorry for the late report,
but got to Sunset later than I wanted too 3pm (my fault) and arrived to find the south shore packed with people to the left and right of the boat ramp. Made our way to the right around the corner and half way to the island before we could find enough room to set up. Got set up and no bites for at least an hour. saw a few caught on power worms by different people kept changing up my son and son-in-laws offerings to no avail. My first was on a slip rig bobber w/ night crawler around 4:15 small 10-12 inch fish(released). Next cast same result 10-12 inch fish(released) than nothing for a 1/2 more then my other pole starts dancing and another 10-12 incher (released) for myself this one on the bottom (nightcrawler) that has been sitting the entire time there. A half an hour more with no bites we headed home. I'm kinda bummed because early in the season my son and I would go to Sunset and just hammer the fish most in an hour was 10 by me and 6 for my boy but as the season has gone on it is getting tougher and tougher I think more fish are caught by the birds then anglers
but what can we do? Oh well just going to keep plugging away. If any one has any suggestions I live to learn.
Tight lines [fishin]

p.s. this is the first time this season I have used night crawlers
