I am so sorry for your loss, specially that camera. Normally I would hold much faith in getting anything from posting it on a forum, but I have change my mind on that big time.
One post about a Poacher on a trophy lake and the next thing you know, the Poacher is making his first post, then Burbot is found in PV parking lot and POOF there is a first post telling everyone his bud or whatever left it there.
So, I think it could be a good sign that one of the readers happen to find that bag.

Thank you! No luck yet, my dad is going to put an add in the ogden standard as well. I'm holding out on buying a new one because i still have Faith in the human kind. I want to give it time to come back to me!
