Actually, this is a fishing un-invite[

]..I am going to strawberry tomorrow and I have an uncanny amount of bad luck there. I should really know better. Anyway, I am doing it anyway...So if you see a guy in a grey two man shelter, I would advise staying at least 100 yds away, lest you catch my bad luck. Anywhere else I would say come by and say hello, but in this case I think it is better that you avoid it. If I do happen to start catching fish it will be quite obvious. If you see a guy standing next to a grey two man shelter dancing a jig, you will then know it is safe to come over and say hello. Good luck to all! An lets hope the fish have a sense of humor and mercy.

My friend and his son went up today the fishing was alot slower than last weekend but his son landed a 6lb cut you can't complain about that!!! Tube jigs tiped with chub meat.

[unimpressed] I was up there today in mud creek. Started out 30' of water, south side of the arm and was slow. Moved out closer to the mouth (north side), and started to get some traffic. Got 2 on the deck with my buddies, no size to brag about, but had buzz.

Saw a grey shelter in the channel at the Ladders today was that you?

Yeah it probably was...I was out in 20 feet for a while then went in real shallow by the parking lot. Did very well shallow all day. Mostly smaller bows. Broke off on some large cuts and just couldn't close the deal...Great day over all. How did you do?

I feel your pain. I am the same way with Deer Creek. Went up Saturday again, got one up to the hole and then lost it. I feel that you are going to have a great day tomorrow. Use shrimp.!!

We were out about 400 yds from you in 24 ft of water and the fish there were not biting much. Saw them on the finder from 20 ft to the bottom throughout the day. Watched the cutts; through the holes, swim around by the jigs then turn away. We were using tube jigs tipped with chub when we saw this. Switch to meal worms and even resorted to powerbait without success. How shallow is it in the channel? I have always fished outside that channel at the Ladders.
