Congrats to the packers, great team and great game! It will be a great game with my steelers in two weeks

I think we have allready played our toughest opponents in the playoffs [:p] I thought maybe Kokanut would chime in with some quips about the PACK, guess he must be laying low after yesterday licking his wounds[pirate]

When the Browns left Cleveland in 1995, I had to take on another team. Green Bay was it. Now that the Browns have a team again, Green Bay has moved to #2... but I will always have a rooting interest for them. Plus as a Browns fan I have to hate the Steelers. So Go Pack.

Packers and Steelers are my two favorite teams, so this Super Bowl is a win-win for me. Either team I will cheer for! Being a Yooper, I always like the Pack though. I grew up as a kid cheering for the 1970's Steeler teams with Joe Greene, Bradshaw, Swan, Stallworth, Dwight White, Jack Lambert, Jack Ham, Franco Harris, etc.

Listening to the Sports casters the PACK are the under dogs again, they just want to talk about Big Ben and how good he is. It's been that way in all of our playoff games.

1st we couldn't handle Vick running (He was held to 33 yards rushing I think), Then Matt Ryan was too good for the Pack defense (Home crowd went home early), last weekend it was Cutler that we would have trouble with. He was having a bad day and didn't want to play any more said he was hurt [crazy]. Now it's Big Ben, I think the PACK plays better when they are the under dogs. I think it's time for the PACK to win their 13th Championship title, they have been stuck on 12 for too long.[cool]

Dogz they are alright! Ugh - meant to cue up the game on DVR, guess it's a good thing I didn't and spent time fishn instead! For once (it's been a while) thought I'd watch the superbowl for something other than the commercials!

Ah well - Go Bud. Bud Light sux!

My boss is from cheese-land, that's why of the "office mice" must like her so much!
rogers looked good until peppers hit him. i would rather see the packers in the play off then the vikings or dallas (lol dallas and superbowl in thesame sentance LOL)... i dont think they have what it takes to beat the steelers but we will see.

Time will tell, we weren't favored by the sportscasters in our first 3 games either. Got to give them credit with having 15 players out for most of the season with injuries and 6 of them are starters. That was a cheap shot by Peppers but he was pissed cause they were losing. Don't see you post much on here anymore did you go to the other site? I know quite a few people use it more than this.

but that was indeed prett dang funny [cool]

It's funny you say that. I grew up in WI during the same time frame. The Packers will always be my favorite team but they sucked so bad and being young I rooted for the Steelers and their winning ways. They still are my second favorite team after all of these years. Great game for GB. If our receivers could hang onto the ball it wouldn't have been so close.

Haven't seen you post for awhile, you must have a secret fishing hole that keeps you occupied in the winter.[cool]

I wish that were true. I do read a lot of posts on here but am so busy at work I rarely have time to do anything but work. Especially this last year. This year I hope to do more fishing. I have primarily been out on the Gorge this summer and haven't ice fished in UT ever really. I'm a fan of ice fishing in WI where you can drive a truck on it. Here people float off on islands of ice and that freaks me out ha ha. If you need a partner to catch some eyes let me know. My boat is in Manila.
