Got to the CFP about 1pm, went to hit the point that has produced for us lately. Same pattern as the last few trips over there, fished a point that goes from 4 ft to 16ft,water temp was around 43.8 and the depth of fish ranged from 6-16ft. Started off slow and picked up fast. We doubled up 6 times. This was our 3rd trip to this spot in the past week, and our totals were 60-70-and today 101. We ended up with around 78 crappie,21 yellow bass,1 bluegill, and 1 drum. There are crappie all over this point, but still the same problem, not a lot of size. We got off the water at dark, and ended up bringing home 13(I think) keepers for Clutch. He doesn't sound too thrilled about cleaning them, but they cant go to waist. This was a personal best for amount of crappie for me. Can't wait to get out there again.
Water Temp=42.4=43.8
Depth=4-16ft-Off point
Lure=BG Bluegrass-BG Blue Thunder-Minnows
Water Visibility 1-2 ft
