<em><strong>CONCORD, N.H.</strong></em> -- The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department's boat access facility on Lake Umbagog in Cambridge, N.H., <strong>will be closed from August 16-27, 2010</strong>, while repairs and improvements are made on the boat ramp and parking area.
New Hampshire's Public Boat Access Program is funded through boat registration fees and federal Sport Fish and Wildlife Restoration funds, a true user-pay, user-benefit program. Fish and Game's Facilities Construction and Lands Division acquires land for public water access sites, refurbishes existing sites and builds new public boat access areas.
The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department works in partnership with the public to conserve, manage and protect the state's fish, wildlife and marine resources and their habitats, as well as providing the public with opportunities to use and appreciate these resources. Visit http://www.wildnh.com.
