]Was driving by 12th street and saw the river at low flow that only means one thing williard is going to get water ,,,looked at the 12 street dike and the water was flowing not at the dike by the horse stable on 1900-- south of smith and edwards its commin!!! be careful in the south marina it could get bad quick,,,,,,just a heads up[angelic]
