Fished electric lake yesterday. It was a beautiful day, not too cold. Fishing was slow most of the day till we found the depth where fish were suspended. We fished on the bottom most of the day, but the fish were only about 3-5 ft under the ice. Between three of us we caught 15. one rainbow, but mostly tigers and cutts.

Sounds like a fun day. Was there much wind? How much snow was on the ice? Did you fish right off of the dam? What were they hitting? How deep was the water?

No wind that day. there was about 2" or so of snow on the ice. We fished in the first little bay before the dam, coming from huntington res. the first pull-off before the dam, we walked down to the bay from there. Caught the fish in water that was about 10-15 ft deep. They were hitting a green jig head tipped with a nightcrawler and powerbait. The ice was about 16-18".
