Checked the weather this morning and they had changed their minds - no rain! I hooked up the boat and set out. Had to stop at the Wal-mart battery store to replace the one that had gone bad a month or so ago. In 10 minutes I was on my way!<br /><br />Went out to the Nuke discharge, not a soul there. I threw out some skipjack chunks and fished for about an hour with 3 small blues to show for it, biggest 7 pounds, not worth the pixels to take a photo. I expected a better showing with the increase in water flow this morning. I didn&#39;t mark much of anything while I was there either.<br /><br />I quit and ran up river to get some more time on the wonderfully-running rebuilt engine. I put right at another two hours on her before I got too cold to continue. I explored a number of places that I have not fished yet, and found one that held a fair number of fish, but I didn&#39;t try for them. I left that for another trip. Even with the nice center console, enough wind works itself around that a couple of hours of running, even at low to moderate speeds, can be bone-chilling. Sure could have used some sun today, or even a sip or two of ol&#39; Jack! emoBig
