If you remember my Uncle gave me his boat around Thanks Giving.
Had to have it shipped from Tucson for $550, other than that it was free. (Chad71 thanks for the tow offer)

The boat is a 1980 MFG 19'-6" with a 115hp Yamaha.

Nice!

I bet you'll never step foot in that 12 footer again!

Now your tournaments are gonna have a whole new glory.

I think the 12ft, fiberglass with trailer needs a new home.

Congrats on the boat, looking forward to seeing you on it fishing.

Hey SMF, How much? Got any pics?

I paid $600 for it about 2 years ago. The trailer is a wish-bone that allows you to tilt the boat off at midpoint.

I need to check with my cousin, if says no you can have it for $400. Trailer is worth than alone (and registered).

And I'll sell my 2007, 3.5 HP Mercury to compliment it for $800.

That's a sick deal! I just for BFT'ers.

there is nothing better than a center console for fishing. i wanted one forever and love my 21' i got last summer.

that is i love it now after going through 3 outboards that blew up and now have a 2007 Evinrude E-TEC 150 that is beyond awesome...lol

Also have a 30# thrust Minkota electric from BPS that I have in the garage. (Goes with the boat)

Have not heard back from my Cousin, so Erawk has first dibs.

You sure that 30# is enough? I have a 10'6" pontoon and I need at least a 40# on it. A 30 can work, but you need it on 3 and it drains the battery quicker.

I did pick up a 2010 Nissan (same as Merc) 5 hp for $1100 from Cabelas. Good deal on the 3.5 here. New they sell for $999. to $1,019 depending on shaft length.
The Nissan come s with a 25 gal tank and the Merc is .3gal self contained.

I personally think, you might want to consider a gas motor. A little bit of money all at once, but no more $70. here, $100. there for batteries. Plus 41lbs versus 50+ weight.

That is a cool boat! Harbor Freight sells trailers reasonable too.

The boat is rated up to 15hp but I only used it for cove and near shore fishing like Crawdad and boxcar.

I love it! Just curious about that 30# thrust...I was disappointed that is wasn't enough for my inflatable pontoon. But, you already have it so, this is a plus.

Thats a cool lookin boat. I like the deck. Pretty sweet paint job too. A 10-15 hp gas motor would be sweet but until then use the troller and put some paddles on that biatch and roll out. [laugh]

The deck lifts up on hinges at Aft, Mid and Bow.
I ran hard-wired jumper cables to a battery in the bow.
The aft section is to shallow for a battery but has been made to take a flat plastic fuel tank.

With 30# trolling motor she moves about 3-5 mph depending on weights loads.
