There two separate community fisheries. "Roy Pond" is actually called Meadow Creek Pond.

Directions, as listed in the 2009 Community Fishing Guide:

"From I-15, exit at Roy (exit 338) ang go west to 4300 West. Turn right onto 4300 West. Turn right on 5250 South. Turn left on 4200 West to the pond".
Roy pond is called Meadow creek pond- try searching that. Not sure about Clinton pond.

With all the talk about big fish in Meadow Creek Pond, the place has become a madhouse.
If you plan to try fishing there, go early to get a spot.
Combat fishing at it's best.
I have had to drive over to the Syracuse- Jensen Pond several times because there wasn't any open areas at Meadow Creek.
The Jensen Pond is also full of big Bows and Brook Trout. It is open water right now. No angler pressure there for some reason.
