well it was a slow day at quail the water temp dorp it was 41 degree and only warm up to 44 the fishing was tough only got two trout .

Been my experience the last three trips - couple of trout per trip. Twice as many short hits as hookups. Finding most of my fish trolling between the two dams in 30ft or so. Hope it picks up or I'll go over to Sand Hollow and waste time trying to get some bass to bite. Any idea when the crappies in Quail get active?
