Decided to sneak out this afternoon for a couple hours after I got caught up on alarm work. 
Got on the water about 3 and left at 6:30. Had a decent trip. Never really got on anything big. My best one was a hair over 3 lbs. I boated eight bass in all with one slick and seven keepers. Kind of a strange day cause I could not get a hit on a shakey, worm or jig. The only two baits I hooked fish on was a jerk and a spinner bait. Lost a couple others, one on each. I am not sure about missed fish. emoScratch Struggled getting a good hook set. I mostly caught fish still just off the river. Wasted a good hour in the wolf and that place best I could tell is the dead sea right now. emoAngry My bites today were very light and the blade and jerk would just load up. Thought it was hung a couple times and when I tried to pull it loose it pulled back. emoRedface The depth I found my fish on was from 10 feet to 30 feet, don't mind sharing that considering. emoBig
I ran into Rsimms fishing for some crappie and talked with him a few minutes, good to see you out there Richard. Really did not have much weight for a CBA but with only about at best four hours on the water and the CBA being ten hours it is incouraging.
