STOP GOING THERE, LOL!!!!
The fish are hard enough to catch when you can troll the entire lake, let alone be restricted to a tiny area. I think people catch a few through the ice, but I have never heard of anyone knocking them dead.

I wish we did have some kind of secret formula for the walleye! This last summer was the first time I have caught any. It was fun, but mostly luck! Let us know if you crack the code.

Several years ago I took about three days with the goal to catch walleye through the ice at Oakly. Pretty much fished the whole lake caught every thing in there but walleye. Later I meet a professional walleye guy and he said that he does not think that there is the numbers of walleye in the lakes around here to keep them active enough in the winter and for walleye that are not active it is illegal to use the right bait in Idaho, live minnows. I've tried several times since to prove him wrong, to date I still have not iced a walleye, but let us know if you do better and how.

Did go over Thursday nite and didn't see a fish on the finder or aquaview. did here a lion kitten meowing after we started drilling holes. Kinda creepy. won't be going that way again til they are spawning up the river this spring.
