Water temp: 45-46
Clarity: 6+ft vis
Lake level: Full

Out 3 days this week. Fishing isn't outstanding by any means but there are still opportunities for someone wanting the Spot of a lifetime. 8-12 Spots per day seems to be about average.

I've been fishing a wide variety of baits on my trips. From Drop Shot and Spoons, to Float N Fly and even bait if it takes it. Fish are really spread out and hard to catch. Patience is the most important thing to have right now, if you fish fast with anything you will probably not get bit. The fish are well fed and not wanting to bite big baits with the cold water.

Enjoy some pics including an absolute beast I caught today while out with Bill. The Spot was over 6lbs !!! Unbelievable girth on this fish. We also doubled up with a spoon on a nice spot and one of Chris H's pets suspended catfish.?? it's crazy out there.

http://forum.gon.com/showthread.php?t=602263

LB
