put in at grasshopper this morning around 8 went up river. Just to let my son get his feet wet frist cast done it 8 pound drum. He loved it he is young you know . ok that over with when to look for some large mouth. found a couple on the jerk . But the wind and the water was bad. Went to get out of the wind boy what a wild ride rollers i mean big ones .Went to a creek got 2 on a trap called it a day are 4 fish went about 12 pounds not bad. Hope i do better tommrow in the challenge but if that river is like it was today. Its going to be a long long ride in the morning !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And my son got one of the large mouths now he wants nothing to do with the drum !! emoAngel
