Try Willard Bay or Bountiful Lake. Willard will be the best fishing I would think.

Bountiful Lake has been ice free for weeks now. Nice boat launch available as well. Other choices would be Willard or Utah Lake right now.

There are every kind of species in there. Bass, trout, sunfish, catfish etc... I would use plastics and slower presentations due to the colder water temps.

A few of the best places are around the second island, the outlet, between islands and north bank. I have caught fish around south bank but for me it was hit and miss. Good luck!
