I know I could just look on the internet but why look on the internet when you can ask the pros on bft.

when is the best time to start fishing for muskie at pinview? I started a little lat last summer and don't want to miss it. I have been told it is in early spring and fall.

I am determined to get one this summer and need to know when. any info on past experiences as well would be great.

A little bit earlier than you started last season. [] Sorry. I couldn't resist. I'll bet you could start as soon as the ice comes off. Every season has it's own hot presentation, but fish have to eat, so give 'em what they want.

last summer was my first year fishing for muskie and shortly after ice off was when i started, had many hookups but none were landed until fall so I would say start as early as you can and keep trying till you get them.

Has long as you have your lure in the water any time is a good time to catch a musky. One day it will be awesome the next not so good. keep on casting....pineviewfisher

haha what I meant by that is that I just didn't really hit pinview until mid july and I figured that I could have gone earlier. [sly]
