I'm thinking of making one last ice fishing trip of the season tomorrow. I just bought an Eskimo Quickfish 3 and I'm dying to try it out.

How's the ice at Rockport? Is it still ok to fish on? If so, where's the best place to go? (I've never been there)

I was wondering the same thing. I was supposed to go there last Saturday, but things happened and I didn't make it. Looking to make it happen this weekend though! Can anyone help us out with a report??

ditto...got to stretch one last trip. I don't really want to drive to Schofield but I will if necessary.

I went to there Wednwesday. Getting on and off the ice at the boat ramp was still good. The south end is melting fast. The ice toward the dam was stiil 12" or more, but you can tell that is starting to get softer.
