I just gotta give a shout out to Bass Pro and their customer service. I purchased a product and when it arrived I found a defect. I contacted them last night (received item yesterday afternoon) and today I received an email saying they are sending me a new one and no need to return the defect. Not bad for solving a minor issue.[cool] I don't purchase much from them because it is all mail order for me. Closest Bass Pro is 8 hour drive to Vegas. Will definately shop there again!!![cool] Now that is customer service.
