Fished the ladders today and hooked into nine bows. Had to fish the channel next to the parking lot to use the large piles of snow as a wind block. No worry about slush today unlike yesterday! Only one other group of two was there all day, we had the place to ourselves. Access road had small drifts that grew to 2+ ft by the time we left mid afternoon.
The now frozen slush is 7" with 11" of clear ice below. Hits were on small tubes green, white and orange. Most likely the last ice trip to the berry this year.
