Since the river has been mucked up for weeks I have been forced to fish a local state park lake witch is about 4 miles from my house and has some pertty hefty bass in it. And the bass are starting to move up on the flats. and I have been catching some good ones on traps and Jerkbaits. So I thought I would share a pic from yesterday.

Those are some real nice bass! I see you are wearing shorts lol. They are calling for some snow up here today! This weather is killing me this year. I cant wait to get on them bass this year but it feels like its taking forever due to the weather!

Yes I broke the shorts out . Just for one day . It got up to about 80d the other day. And it felt good not to be all bundled up for a change..lol
