Is it legal to use live/dead bluegill as bait in Colorado? I'm not sure if its considered a game fish, but everyone uses it for cats around here. I've become pretty adept with chicken liver, and it seems to be more effective than any other bait I've tried, but I'm looking for the heavier fish lately and I need a bait to match.
