Heading to see some family down in Bullhead this weekend and was wondering what the word is on Topock Marsh and the river below Davis. Read a fishing report that says the bass are abundant in the marsh right now but was curios if anyone has been down that way recently.

Any recommendations for areas below Davis Dam? Casino stretch, big bend? Looking to go for some LMB on the shoreline and some of the lagoons and possibly some stripers. Have a few new AC Plugs i need to get wet.

Did you make it to Topoc? I usually hit it this time of year for bass/crappie but haven't been down there yet, too busy hitting Utah, Mead, Mojave and Nesbit. I usually launch my tube out of the north dyke area, what areas do you fish there?

Yeah we finally made it out there. Not a bad place, it was slow the first half of the day with very little action but we found that i we stayed near the tree line on the west side of the marsh and pitched in near the trees we were pulling the LMB and smallies out one after the other. I was amazed how shallow the marsh is though, most areas were only 2-3 feet deep. I will likely head back down that way now that I have the hang of where the fish are hiding. We dropped in at the north dyke and didnt wander to far away from that area.
